Processing Time:
We process all orders within 1-3 business days because, contrary to popular belief, we are not magical elves who can pack and ship instantaneously. Weekends and holidays? Sorry, we're off-duty then, probably binge-watching Netflix or sipping coffee. If we’re swimming in orders (thanks to your amazing support!), it might take us a smidge longer—bear with us.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout because math isn’t free either. Delivery delays might happen because sometimes, courier services are like cats—they do things on their own schedule.

Lunessa Prints loves making cute stuff, but we’re not fans of taxes, tariffs, or customs fees (who is?). Any extra charges that pop up along the way are on you. Sorry, but our glitter budget doesn’t cover international bureaucracy.

If your package arrives looking like it’s been through a zombie apocalypse, please file a claim with the carrier. Save the packaging and damaged goods—it’s evidence!
